- Primero. REVOCAR las sentencias proferidas por los jueces de primera y segunda instancia en los procesos T-370.926 y acumulados, en cuanto accedieron total o parcialmente a las peticiones formuladas en las respectivas demandas y, en su lugar DENEGAR el amparo solicitado por las razones expuestas en la parte motiva de esta sentencia.
- Segundo. CONFIRMAR la sentencia de única instancia dictada dentro del proceso T-370.797, por el Juzgado 51 Penal del Circuito de Bogotá, que decidió negar la acción de tutela.
- Tercero. REVOCAR las sentencias de segunda instancia dictadas dentro de los procesos T-372013 y T-372665, y en su lugar, CONFIRMAR las sentencias de primera instancia que negaron las respectivas acciones.
- Cuarto. Por Secretaría General de esta Corporación, LÍBRENSE comunicaciones de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
