Primero. REVOCAR el fallo proferido por el Juzgado treinta y seis Penal del Circuito de Medellín el veintiséis (26) de noviembre de mil novecientos noventa y tres (1993), al resolver sobre la tutela instaurada por HERNAN DARIO MEJIA, en nombre de su hija menor, CLAUDIA MARCELA MEJIA MARIN.
Segundo. CONCEDER la tutela impetrada para proteger los derechos fundamentales de la menor. En consecuencia, ORDENASE al INSTITUTO DE SEGUROS SOCIALES, Seccional de Antioquia, que en un término no superior a cuarenta y ocho (48) horas, contados a partir de la notificación del presente fallo, reanude la prestación de los servicios asistenciales médicos y farmacéuticos que requiera la niña CLAUDIA MARCELA MEJIA MARIN en cuanto se refiere al control de la epilepsia, a fin de permitirle una mejor calidad de vida.
Tercero. DENIEGASE la tutela solicitada en lo que concierne con la parálisis cerebral por ser ésta irreversible.
Cuarto. LIBRESE la comunicación prevista en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
