PRIMERO. REVOCAR las sentencias proferida por la Sala de Decisión Civil del Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Santafé de Bogotá y por el Juzgado Veintidós Civil del Circuito de Santafé de Bogotá. En consecuencia, quedan sin ningún valor ni efecto los actos que se hubieren expedido en cumplimiento de los fallos dictados por dichos despachos judiciales.
SEGUNDO. ORDENAR a la Facultad de Administración de Empresas de la Universidad Externado de Colombia que resuelva en forma motivada las peticiones de reintegro de los actores.
TERCERO. Líbrese por Secretaría la comunicación de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, para los fines allí contemplados.
