Primero. REVOCAR la decisión de la Corte Suprema de Justicia, Sala de Casación Laboral, de fecha 31 de agosto del 2000, que denegó la pretensión de la ciudadana Carmen Yudy Martínez Mosquera, y en su lugar confirmar la Sentencia del Tribunal Superior de Quibdó, Sala Civil-Familia-Laboral, que protegió el derecho constitucional al trabajo, pero con la siguiente modificación: El pago de las sumas adeudadas deberá hacerse en un término de dos (2) meses, contados a partir de la notificación de esta providencia.
Segundo. Por Secretaria general, líbrense las comunicaciones previstas en el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos allí contemplados.
