Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia de segunda instancia proferida por la Sala de Casación Civil y Agraria de la Corte Suprema de Justicia el 22 de septiembre de 1998; en su lugar, tutelar los derechos de Dilia Rosa Noriega Camacho a un trabajo en condiciones dignas, y a la salud.
Segundo. ORDENAR a la Electrificadora del Atlántico S.A. E.P.S. que, dentro de las cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificación del presente fallo, proceda a reinstalar a Dilia Rosa Noriega Camacho en el cargo de Jefe de la Unidad de Cartera de Dificil Cobro.
Tercero. COMUNICAR esta providencia al Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Barranquilla para los efectos previstos en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
