- PRIMERO. REVOCAR las sentencias proferidas por el Consejo de Estado, Sala Plena de lo Contencioso Administrativo, el día trece (13) de octubre de mil novecientos noventa y tres (1993) y por el Tribunal Administrativo del Valle, el día seis (6) de agosto del mismo año.
- SEGUNDO. CONCEDER la tutela impetrada, en consecuencia, se ordena al EJERCITO NACIONAL proceder, dentro del término de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas, contadas a partir de la notificación de esta sentencia a disponer el desacuartelamiento de CARLOS ALBERTO MEYER DIAZ a quien el ejército deberá otorgar libreta militar en la forma establecida por la Ley y el reglamento.
- TERCERO. LIBRENSE por secretaría las comunicaciones de que trata el Artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991 para los efectos allí contemplados.
