Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia de fecha 13 de abril de 2000, proferida por el Juzgado
Primero. Penal Municipal de San Gil, dentro de la acción de tutela instaurada mediante apoderado, por EUDOCIA CASTRO VIUDA DE GOMEZ contra el ISS-Seccional San Gil.
Segundo. CONCEDER la tutela de los derechos a la vida, salud y seguridad social. En consecuencia ordenar a la Alcaldía Municipal de San Gil para que en el término de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas contadas a partir de la notificación de esta providencia pongan a disposición del Instituto de los Seguros Sociales, Seccional San Gil, el dinero correspondiente al bono pensional necesario para que se surta el trámite y reconocimiento de la pensión de jubilación adelantada por el actor ante dicha entidad, por el tiempo cotizado en CAPRESAN y ante el mismo Municipio.
Tercero. Por Secretaría general, líbrense las comunicaciones previstas en el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos allí contemplados.
