- PRIMERO. CONFIRMAR las sentencias de unica y segunda instancia que decidieron no conceder las acciones de tutela acumuladas al proceso T-247.134.
- SEGUNDO. REVOCAR las Sentencia de segunda instancia proferidas dentro de los procesos T-272.331 y T-278.302, en cuanto accedieron parcialmente a las peticiones que fueron formuladas en las respectivas demandas y, en su lugar, DENEGAR el amparo solicitado por las razones expuestas en la parte motiva de esta Sentencia.
- TERCERO. CONFIRMAR las Sentencias de segunda instancia proferidas dentro de los expedientes T-274.893 y T-275.912, en cuanto resolvieron denegar las acciones de tutela impetradas.
- CUARTO. Por Secretaria General, DESE cumplimiento a lo previsto en el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
