  4. Septimo. Penal del Circuito de Bogota, mediante la cual se confirmo la sentencia del 15 de diciembre de 2003, adoptada por el Juzgado 48 Penal Municipal de Bogota, por la cual se decidio no conceder la proteccion de tutela de los peticionarios enlistados en el encabezado de esta providencia.
  5. Segundo. Por Secretaria General, LIBRESE la comunicacion prevista por el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
