Primero. REVOCAR los fallos de tutela proferidos por el Juzgado
Segundo. Promiscuo Municipal de san Andrés, Islas.
Segundo. CONCEDER la protección solicitada por los demandantes en tutela. En consecuencia, se ordena que dentro de los quince (15) días siguientes a la notificación de esta providencia, se cancele con cargo al anticipo contemplado en el parágrafo 6 del artículo 2 de la ley 549 de 1999, la deuda contraída con los actores por causa de sus derechos pensionales.
Tercero. Por Secretaría General, líbrense las comunicaciones previstas en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos allí contemplados.
