Derecho al debido proceso y la igualdad dentro del tramite de proceso ejecutivo hipotecario seguido por davivienda en virtud del incumplimiento de contrato de mutuo con interes regido por el sistema upac por el despacho no haber efectuado la suspensión y reliquidación del credito omitiendo lo establecido en la ley 546 de 1999.

Procedencia de la accion de tutela el accionante no hizo uso de los mecanismos de defensa judicial para la protección de sus derechos por lo tanto las sentencias habran de confirmarse.
