Primero. CONFIRMAR la sentencia proferida el día 1 de noviembre de 2.000, por la Sala de Casación Civil de la Corte Suprema de Justicia, en la cual actúo como demandante la señora Claudia Medina Gómez, de acuerdo a las consideraciones expuestas en esta providencia.
Segundo. CONFIRMAR la sentencia del 21 de noviembre de 2000, en relación con la tutelante Irma Zapata Aldana, providencia proferida por Sala de Familia del Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Bogotá.
Tercero. COMPÚLSESE copia de la presente actuación al Juzgado
Sexto. de Ejecución de Penas y Medidas de Seguridad de Bogotá, para que proceda de acuerdo con su competencia.
Cuarto. LÍBRENSE las comunicaciones de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos allí contemplados.
