- PRIMERO. CONFIRMAR el numeral
- primero. de la sentencia de la Sala de Familia del Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Cundinamarca, proferida el 27 de septiembre de 1994 en la acción de tutela de la referencia, con la aclaración de que la tutela ampara al grupo humano de los menores que se hallaban en el albergue "La Colonia" de Sibaté en la fecha en que se profirió el fallo de primera instancia.
- SEGUNDO. CONFIRMAR el numeral
- segundo. de la aludida sentencia, adicionándose a 180 días calendario el plazo de cumplimiento, los cuales se contarán a partir del 27 de septiembre de 1994.
- TERCERO. CONFIRMAR los numerales tercero, cuarto,
- quinto. y
- séptimo. de la sentencia que se revisa.
- CUARTO. REVOCAR el numeral
- sexto. por las razones indicadas en la parte resolutiva del presente fallo.
- QUINTO. ORDENAR que por la Secretaría General de esta Corporación se comunique esta providencia a la Sala de Familia del Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Cundinamarca para las notificaciones y efectos previstos en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
- SEXTO. Envíese copia de esta sentencia al Defensor del Pueblo, a la Beneficencia de Cundinamarca, a la Contraloría de Cundinamarca, a la Procuraduría General de la Nación y al I.C.B.F.
