- Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida el siete (7) de junio de 2004 por el Juzgado
- Sexto. (6) laboral del Circuito de Barranquilla -Atlantico-, y en su lugar, CONCEDER la tutela del derecho fundamental de peticion de la senora ENID VASQUEZ CHARRIS.
- Segundo. ORDENAR a Cajanal EPS, que, si no lo ha hecho aun, dentro del termino perentorio de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas contadas a partir de la notificacion del presente fallo, proceda a pronunciarse de fondo sobre el objeto de la peticion elevada por la senora Enid Vasquez Charris.
- Tercero. Por Secretaria, librese la comunicacion prevista en el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
