  1. PRIMERO. REVOCAR el fallo dictado por el Juzgado
  2. Primero. (1) Civil Municipal de Santa Marta y en su lugar CONCEDER la tutela por los derechos fundamentales a la vida, salud, a la seguridad social y al minimo vital de la senora Lisbet Rosario Gonzalez Garcia.
  3. SEGUNDO. ORDENAR a la EPS COOMEVA Seccional Santa Marta que dentro de las cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificacion de este fallo, si aun no lo ha hecho pague a la senora Lisbet Rosario Gonzalez Garcia la licencia de maternidad que se causo el 11 de marzo 2005.
  4. TERCERO. Por secretaria General librese la comunicacion prevista en el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
