- Primero. CONFIRMAR, pero por las razones consignadas en la parte considerativa de esta sentencia, los fallos adoptados por el Juzgado Promiscuo de Familia de Planeta Rica (Córdoba) el 20 de junio de 2001, respecto de las acciones de tutela presentadas individualmente por el Personero Municipal de esa localidad y por el ciudadano Diego León Alvarino Narváez, contra la Electrificadora de la Costa S. A. ESP "Electrocosta S. A."; y por los Juzgados Promiscuo Municipal de Arjona (Bolívar) el 5 de febrero de 2001, y
- Cuarto. Civil del Circuito de Cartagena el 6 de abril siguiente, en virtud de la acción de tutela promovida por el Personero Municipal de Arjona también contra la mencionada electrificadora, ADICIONANDO estas últimas en el sentido de REVOCAR expresamente la medida provisional consistente en haberle ordenado a la empresa Electrocosta S. A. ESP, que se abstuviera de proceder a la suspensión del fluido eléctrico al Acueducto Regional Arjona-Turbaco-Turbana, la cual queda sin efecto alguno.
- Segundo. ORDENAR que, por la Secretaría General se compulsen copias de la presente sentencia, con destino a la Superintendencia de Servicios Públicos Domiciliarios y la Procuraduría General de la Nación, para los fines indicados en la parte considerativa.
- Tercero. ORDENAR que por Secretaría General se dé cumplimiento a lo previsto en el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
