- Primero. REVOCAR las sentencias proferidas el 29 de octubre de 2002 por el Juzgado Doce Laboral del Circuito de Bogotá y el 9 de diciembre del mismo por la Sala Laboral del Tribunal Superior de Bogotá, que concedieron y negaron, respectivamente, el amparo de los derechos invocados por el actor, y en su lugar, RECHAZAR POR IMPROCEDENTE la acción de tutela interpuesta por el señor José Joaquín Mejía Figueredo contra el Fondo de Previsión Social del Congreso de la República.
- Segundo. Por Secretaría General líbrense las comunicaciones previstas en el artículo 36 del Decreto Ley 2591 de 1991.
