- Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado
- Tercero. Civil del Circuito de Armenia. En su lugar TUTELAR el derecho de petición del señor Alberto Montes Giraldo.
- Segundo. ORDENAR a la Caja Nacional de Previsión CAJANAL que, a más tardar dentro de las cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificación del presente fallo, si así no lo hubiere hecho, resuelva de fondo, concreta y completamente, sobre la solicitud elevada por el actor.
- Tercero. PREVENIR a la entidad demandada para que se apreste a cumplir lo señalado en este fallo, so pena de incurrir en desacato, y para que en lo sucesivo no repita la omisión que dio origen a la presente acción.
