Primero. REVÓCASE la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado Civil Municipal de Ciudad Bolívar, Antioquia - en la acción de tutela instaurada por GERARDO ANTONIO MORENO CORREA, contra la EPS Comfenalco- Antioquia. En su lugar, CONCÉDASE el amparo solicitado.
Segundo. En consecuencia, ORDÉNASE a Comfenalco EPS-Antioquia- que, a más tardar, dentro de las cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificación de esta providencia, practique al señor GERARDO ANTONIO MORENO CORREA la terapia fotodinámica ordenada por su médico.
Tercera: La EPS Comfenalco -Antioquia- deberá asumir los costos de la terapia fotodinámica ordenada por el médico tratante al actor, y podrá repetir contra el Fondo de Solidaridad y Garantía, Subcuenta de Promoción de la Salud, para obtener el reintegro de los valores que no está obligado legalmente a asumir.
Cuarto. Por Secretaría General, LÍBRENSE las comunicaciones a que se refiere el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
