COMPULSAR COPIAS del expediente a la Sala Disciplinaria del Consejo Seccional de la Judicatura del Cesar, para que investigue la presunta responsabilidad disciplinaria del funcionario o los funcionarios que propiciaron la dilación injustificada de los términos señalados para resolver el incidente de excepciones dentro del proceso ejecutivo laboral seguido por ALBERTO CAAMAÑO MARTINEZ contra la empresa FONDO DE PASIVO SOCIAL DE FERROCARRILES NACIONALES DE COLOMBIA.
