- PRIMERO. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida por la Corte Suprema de Justicia, Sala Civil, el 1º de abril de 2003 y, en consecuencia, CONCEDER la tutela al derecho al debido proceso de la señora Claudia Lucía Corzo Román.
- SEGUNDO. ORDENAR al Juzgado 9º de Familia de Bogotá que en el término de cuarenta y ocho horas (48) posteriores a la notificación de la presente sentencia, (i) haga uso de sus poderes disciplinarios para apremiar el envío de la prueba requerida a Medicina Legal, y (ii) determine la fecha para la realización de la audiencia de juzgamiento en el proceso de alimentos instaurado por Claudia Lucía Corzo Román contra Clara Zurek de Quintero.
- TERCERO. Para los efectos del artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991, el juzgado de origen hará las notificaciones y tomará las medidas conducentes para el cumplimiento de esta sentencia.
