- PRIMERO. Revocar en todas sus partes la providencia proferida por el Juzgado Veinticinco Civil del Circuito de Santafe de Bogota, D.C., de fecha marzo veinticuatro (24) del presente ano, por la cual se denego la tutela incoada por el senor Jesus Guacari Orjuela y otros ciento treinta y un ciudadanos, por las razones expuestas en la parte motiva de esta providencia.
- SEGUNDO. Admitir, por ser procedente en los terminos de la parte motiva de esta providencia, la demanda de tutela presentada por el senor Jesus Guacari Orjuela y otros.
- TERCERO. Ordenar al Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Santafe de Bogota, D.C., Sala Laboral, que dentro de los diez (10) dias senalados en el articulo 142 del Codigo Procesal del Trabajo, contados a partir de la comunicacion del presente fallo, proceda a dictar la providencia que reemplace al Laudo Arbitral de fecha quince (15) de julio de 1991, anulado por la Sentencia del veintiuno (21) de abril de mil novecientos noventa y dos (1992), de la que fue Ponente el Dr. Miller Esquivel Gaitan.
- CUARTO. Librense, por la Secretaria General de la Corte, las comunicaciones de que trata el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos que se contemplan alli y en el articulo 23 del mismo Decreto.
