CONFIRMAR la sentencia de tutela proferida el 10 de junio de 2008 por la Sala de Casacion Penal de la Corte Suprema de Justicia, que confirmo la dictada el 8 de abril del mismo ano, por la Sala de Casacion Laboral de dicha Corte, que nego la accion de tutela promovida por Maria Lucy Sanchez de Kongas contra la Sala Laboral del Tribunal Superior de Bogota.
- Segundo. Por Secretaria General, LIBRESE la comunicacion a que alude el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
