PRIMERO. REVOCAR PARCIALMENTE la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado Treinta y Cuatro Civil del Circuito de Santafé de Bogotá, del 13 de marzo de 2000, en el sentido de eliminar del numeral
primero. del fallo, la orden a la E.P.S., de informar al juzgado los resultados del trámite ofrecido a través de la tutela paran responder a la ciudadana sobre la práctica de sus exámenes.
SEGUNDO. Para los efectos del artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991, el juez de origen hará las notificaciones y tomará las medidas conducentes para el cumplimiento de esta sentencia.
