Primero. Revocar el fallo proferido por la Sala Civil Familia del Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Tunja el 20 de mayo de 2003, dentro del proceso de tutela instaurado por Pedro Gonzalez Salinas contra el Ejercito Nacional, y en su lugar conceder la proteccion del derecho a la salud.
Segundo. Ordenar al Ejercito Nacional que a traves de su Direccion de Sanidad o de la Dependencia que haga sus veces, para que dentro de las 48 horas siguientes a la notificacion del presente fallo, inicie la prestacion del servicio medico, quirurgico, hospitalario y farmaceutico que requiere el Senor Pedro Gonzalez Salinas con el fin de lograr la recuperacion psicologica que el mismo necesita para superar la afeccion mental que padece conforme a los examenes y dictamen profesional que obran en el expediente.
Tercero. Por Secretaria, librese la comunicacion prevista en el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
