- en nombre del pueblo y por mandato de la Constitución,
- R E S U E L V E :
- Primero. CONFIRMAR la sentencia del veintisiete (27) de septiembre de 1994, proferida por el Juzgado
- Segundo. Civil del Circuito de Chiquinquirá, a través de la cual se revocó la sentencia del Juzgado Promiscuo Municipal de San Pablo de Borbur del veintidós (22) de agosto de 1994 y, por ende, se denegó la acción de tutela bajo examen, pero por las razones expuestas en esta providencia.
- SEGUNDO. ORDENAR que por la Secretaría General de esta Corporación, se comunique esta providencia al Juzgado Promiscuo Municipal de San Pablo de Borbur, en la forma y para los efectos previstos en el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
