- R E S U E L V E :
- PRIMERO. CONFIRMAR por las razones expuestas en la presente providencia, el fallo proferido por el Consejo de Estado el día 31 de agosto de 1993, en relación con la acción de tutela instaurada por la Caja de Compensación Familiar de Antioquia, "COMFAMA", por intermedio de apoderado.
- SEGUNDO. ORDENAR que por Secretaría se comunique esta providencia al Tribunal Contencioso Administrativo de Antioquia, en la forma y para los efectos previstos en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
