PRIMERO. CONFIRMAR las sentencias proferidas por la Corte Suprema de Justicia -Sala Laboral- los dias dos (2) y siete (7) de mayo en los procesos de tutela de los senores Alvaro Albornoz Roa, Rosa Archila de Mahecha y Luis Martin Correa Marino, por las razones expuestas en esta sentencia.
SEGUNDO. ORDENAR que por Secretaria General se comunique esta providencia en la forma y para los efectos previstos en el articulo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1.991.
