- PRIMERO. CONFIRMAR la sentencia Juzgado Promiscuo Municipal de Tado (Choco) del 21 de abril de 1995.
- SEGUNDO. PREVENIR al senor Alcalde Municipal de Tado (Choco) para que en lo sucesivo no vuelva a incurrir en la omision que dio merito para promover la accion de tutela, y que si procediere de modo contrario sera sancionado de conformidad al decreto 2591 de 1991.
- TERCERO. ORDENAR que por Secretaria General se comunique esta providencia en la forma y para los efectos previstos en el art. 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
