- Primero. CONFIRMAR en todas sus partes el fallo proferido por el Consejo Seccional de la Judicatura de Cundinamarca, Sala Jurisdiccional Disciplinaria, el día diecisiete (17) de septiembre de mil novecientos noventa y seis (1996), al resolver sobre la acción de tutela interpuesta por la señora ROSA GILMA REY DE DUARTE, por medio de apoderado, y contra providencias judiciales de la Sala de Decisión de Familia del Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Santa Fe de Bogotá, y en consecuencia no conceder la protección solicitada.
- Segundo. Por Secretaría LIBRESE la comunicación de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
