Derecho al trabajo al minimo vital y a la educación de hijos menores de madre trabajadora cabeza de familia a quien le fue suprimido el cargo que ocupaba de manera provisional en la rama judicial.

Solicita se ordene al consejo superior de la judicatura suspender la eliminacion del cargo y le permita continuar ejerciendo sus funciones de empleada de despacho judicial.

Cuando se esta frente a la vulneración flagrante de un derecho fundamental por una norma juridica y se hace necesario otorgar una proteccion de manera inmediata el juez de tutela se encuentra excepcionalmente facultado para ordenar su inaplicación.
