Se atribuye a la UGPP la vulneración de derechos fundamentales del actor, como consecuencia de expedir una resolución que resolvió negativamente el recurso de apelación interpuesto contra el acto administrativo que le negó el reconocimiento de una pensión de vejez convencional.
Realizado el examen de procedencia de la acción de tutela encontró la Corte que este no superó satisfactoriamente el requisito de subsidiariedad y, en consecuencia, declaró su improcedencia.
