- en nombre del pueblo y por mandato de la Constitución,
- R E S U E L V E
- Primero. CONFIRMAR la Sentencia del 7 de abril de 1999 por medio de la cual el juzgado Promiscuo Municipal de Zaragoza denegó la tutela impetrada por Félix Arturo Murillo Sánchez, pero REVOCARLA en el sentido de conceder la tutela impetrada con el fin de cancelen los salarios dejados de percibir.
- Segundo. ORDENAR a la Cooperativa de Trabajo Asociado, Mineros de Zaragoza, "Coomizar" que, en el término de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas, contadas a partir de la notificación de esta providencia, cancele, si aún no lo ha hecho, los salarios adeudados al señor Félix Arturo Murillo Sánchez y, además, continúe cumpliendo puntualmente las obligaciones derivadas de la relación laboral.
- Tercero. DESE cumplimiento a lo previsto por el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
