- 1. REVOCAR la providencia del Tribunal Superior de Florencia del catorce (14) de Septiembre de 1992 .
- 2. En su lugar, ORDENAR al Juzgado
- Primero. Civil Promiscuo de Puerto Rico -Caquetá- asumir el conocimiento del proceso de restitución de local comercial instaurado por la peticionaria, señora Carmenza Charry contra Fernando Osorio Guzmán.
- 3. ORDENAR a la Procuraduría Delegada competente, investigar la conducta omisiva de los jueces
- Primero. Promiscuo Civil del Circuito de Puerto Rico y
- Segundo. Promiscuo Municipal de San Vicente del Caguán, en mencionado proceso.
- 4. ORDENAR que por Secretaria General se remita copia de esta sentencia a la Procuraduría General de la Nación para lo de su cargo.
- 5. ORDENAR que por Secretaria General se comunique esta providencia al Tribunal Civil del Distrito de Florencia -Caquetá-, en la forma y para los efectos previstos en el artículo 36 del decreto 2591.
