Derechos fundamentales de menor a la vida la salud y la seguridad social afiliado al regimen subsidiado desplazado por la violencia a quien le propinaron un disparo y requiere de una cirugia reconstructiva de rotula que la entidad no le autoriza.
Solicita se ordene autorizar los procedimientos quirúrgicos hospitalarios y mediciales requeridos.
El juez de tutela en la proteccion de los derechos fundamentales tiene a su cargo el cumplimiento de una serie de obligaciones constitucionales en el tramite de una accion de tutela puesta bajo su consideración y debe tener elementos de juicio suficientes para dictar sentencia de fondo.
