- R E SU E L V E :
- Primero. REVOCAR el fallo de la Sala Penal del Tribunal Superior de Santa Marta proferido en la tutela de la referencia y en su lugar CONCEDER la tutela y ORDENAR que en el plazo de 5 días contados a partir de la notificación de la presente sentencia, se le cancelen la mesadas debidas a la peticionaria. Se ordena también que en adelante se le paguen oportunamente.
- Segundo. Por Secretaría se librará la comunicación de que trata el artículo 36 el decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos del caso.
