- Primero. Revócanse en todas sus partes las sentencias de primera y de segunda instancia dictadas por el Juez Promiscuo Municipal de Piedras, Tolima, y por el Juez
- Primero. Civil del Circuito de Ibagué, con fechas diez y seis (16) de septiembre de 1994, y treinta y uno (31) de octubre del mismo año, respectivamente.
- Segundo. Deniégase la tutela demandada por el ciudadano Néstor Gregory Díaz Rodríguez, en escrito presentado el día siete (7) de septiembre de 1994, ante el Juzgado Promiscuo Municipal de Piedras, Tolima.
- Tercero. Envíese copia de esta sentencia a los señores Gobernador del Tolima, Alcalde de Piedras y Presidente del Concejo Municipal, para lo indicado en la parte motiva.
