- Primero. CONFIRMAR, por las razones expuestas, las sentencias del 2 de abril de 1993 y del 13 de mayo del mismo año, proferidas respectivamente por el Juzgado 47 Civil Municipal y por el Juzgado
- Sexto. Civil Municipal de Santafé de Bogotá en el asunto de la referencia (Expediente T-14518).
- Segundo. CONFIRMAR, por las razones expuestas, el fallo del 12 de abril de 1993, pronunciado por el Juzgado 39 Civil Municipal de Santafé de Bogotá en el asunto de la referencia (Expediente T-15628).
- Tercero. REVOCAR las sentencias proferidas el 2 de abril de 1993 y el 19 de mayo del mismo año por los juzgados 46 Civil Municipal y 17 Civil de Circuito de Santafé de Bogotá, respectivamente.
- En su reemplazo, DENIEGASE la tutela impetrada por WILLIAM ARMANDO VELASCO VELEZ.
- Cuarto. LIBRESE la comunicación prevista en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
