- PRIMERO. CONFIRMAR la sentencia del quince (15) de abril de mil novecientos noventa y tres (1993), dictada por la H. CORTE SUPREMA DE JUSTICIA, Sala de Casación Penal, la cual, a su vez, confirmó el fallo denegatorio de la tutela propuesta por el señor LUIS ALBERTO GALLO JARAMILLO, providencia proferida por el TRIBUNAL SUPERIOR DEL DISTRITO JUDICIAL DE MANIZALES, el veintiseis (26) de febrero del mencionado año.
- SEGUNDO. COMUNICAR inmediatamente el texto de esta decisión al TRIBUNAL SUPERIOR DEL DISTRITO JUDICIAL DE MANIZALES, para los efectos del artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
