- Primero. ESTARSE A LO RESUELTO en la Sentencia C-601 de 1999, respecto del numeral 13 del articulo 3deg del Decreto 960 del mismo ano.
- Segundo. ESTARSE A LO RESUELTO en la Sentencia C-601 de 1999, respecto de la expresion "los notarios, y en los municipios que no sean sede de notaria", contenida en el numeral
- primero. del articulo 118 del Decreto 1260 de 1970, modificado por el articulo 10deg del Decreto 2158 de 1970
- Tercero. Declarar EXEQUIBLE la expresion "o en su defecto, los alcaldes municipales," contenida en el numeral
