- Primero. REVÓCASE la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado Quince Civil del Circuito de Bogotá, en la acción de tutela instaurada por el señor Jaime Muñoz Agredo, en contra de la Registraduría Nacional del Estado Civil.
- En consecuencia, ORDÉNASE al Registrador Nacional del Estado Civil, o quien haga sus veces, que, por conducto de su delegado competente en el municipio de Sucre -Cauca, inicie en el término de las cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificación de este fallo, si no lo hubiere hecho, las diligencias necesarias para la inscripción en el registro civil de los niños nacidos desde el mes de diciembre de 2000 en el mencionado municipio.
- Segundo. PREVÉNGASE a la Registraduría Nacional del Estado Civil, con el fin de que realice una programación, para que el futuro y mientras el Registrador del municipio de Sucre, creado para el año de 2002 asuma sus funciones, no se vuelvan a presentar hechos similares a los descritos en esta acción de tutela.
- Tercero. Por Secretaría General, LÍBRENSE las comunicaciones a que se refiere el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
