- en nombre del pueblo y por mandato de la Constitucion,
- R E S U E L V E :
- Primero. Declarar EXEQUIBLE la objecion presidencial respecto del articulo 5o. del proyecto de ley numero 201/97 Senado, 146/96 Camara de Representantes, "por medio de la cual se declara un monumento nacional, se honra la memoria de un servidor de la patria y se dictan otras disposiciones", salvo las expresiones "y celebrar los acuerdos y contratos requeridos", que se declaran INEXEQUIBLES.
- Segundo. ORDENAR que se de cumplimiento a lo dispuesto en el inciso
- tercero. del articulo 167 de la Constitucion
