- en nombre del pueblo y por mandato de la Constitucion,
- R E S U E L V E:
- PRIMERO. Declarar EXEQUIBLE la "Convencion Sobre la Proteccion Fisica de los Materiales Nucleares", firmada en Viena y Nueva York el 3 de marzo de 1980.
- SEGUNDO. Declarar EXEQUIBLE la Ley 728 de 2001, por medio de la cual se aprueba la referida Convencion.
- TERCERO. Enviar copia de esta sentencia al Presidente de la Republica y al Ministro de Relaciones Exteriores para los efectos pertinentes a que alude el articulo 241-10 de la Constitucion.
