- Primero. Declarar EXEQUIBLE el "Convenio Internacional para la Represion de la Financiacion del Terrorismo" adoptado por la Asamblea General de las Naciones Unidas el nueve (9) de diciembre de mil novecientos noventa y nueve (1999)", conforme a la parte motiva de esta providencia.
- Segundo. Declarar EXEQUIBLE la Ley 808 del 27 de mayo de 2003 por medio de la cual se aprueba el "Convenio Internacional para la Represion de la Financiacion del Terrorismo" adoptado por la Asamblea General de las Naciones Unidas el nueve (9) de diciembre de mil novecientos noventa y nueve (1999)".
- Tercero. COMUNIQUESE esta decision al Gobierno Nacional por intermedio de la Secretaria General de la Presidencia de la Republica, y enviesele copia autentica de la misma para los efectos constitucionales previstos en el numeral 10 del articulo 241 de la Carta Politica.
