- Declarar EXEQUIBLE el numeral 1o del articulo 172 del Decreto-ley 1355 de 1970 - Codigo Nacional de Policia, por el cargo analizado en esta sentencia, bajo el entendido que la prohibicion alli consagrada, se refiere al derecho al voto en elecciones nacionales y departamentales, mientras el legislador no desarrolle el articulo 100 de la Constitucion Politica.
