- Primero. DECLARAR EXEQUIBLES "El Acuerdo de Comercio entre el Gobierno de la República de Colombia y el Gobierno de Malasia, hecho en Santa Fe de Bogotá el 14 de agosto de 1995", y la Ley 431 del 16 de enero 1998, que lo aprobó.
- Segundo. COMUNÍQUESE esta decisión al señor Presidente de la República, al señor Ministro de Relaciones Exteriores y al Presidente del Congreso de la República y envíeseles copia auténtica de la misma, para los efectos constitucionales previstos en el numeral 10 del artículo 241 de la Carta Política.
