- Primero. Decláranse EXEQUIBLES el Acuerdo por el cual se establece la Organización Mundial de Comercio, suscrito en Marraketch (Marruecos), el 15 de abril de 1994, sus acuerdos multilaterales anexos sobre el comercio de mercancías, el comercio de servicios, los aspectos de los derechos de propiedad intelectual relacionados con el comercio, el entendimiento relativo a las normas y procedimientos por los que se rige la solución de diferencias y el mecanismo de examen de las políticas comerciales, así como el acuerdo plurilateral anexo sobre la carne de bovino, recogidos en el acta final de la Ronda Uruguay de Negociaciones Comerciales Multilaterales, Acuerdos todos aprobados por la ley 170 de 1994.
