- R E S U E L V E :
- PRIMERO. Declarar EXEQUIBLE el articulo 6o del Decreto Ley 624 de 1989.
- SEGUNDO. Declarar EXEQUIBLE la expresion "penales" contenida en el inciso 2o del articulo 583 del Decreto Ley 624 de 1989, bajo el entendido de que la ley podra en cualquier momento disponer el levantamiento de la reserva de la declaracion tributaria en otros procesos judiciales.
