- Declarar EXEQUIBLE el literal b) del numeral 1o. del artículo 44 de la Ley 200 de 1995, siempre que se entienda que la incompatibilidad allí establecida para los Diputados, se refiere a las controversias y asuntos en los que se discutan intereses del Departamento, o aquellas que deban ser decididas por una entidad administrativa del orden departamental.
