- Primero. Declarar EXEQUIBLE, en los terminos de esta sentencia, la expresion "Con la gestion en nombre propio o ajeno ante las entidades publicas", contenida en el literal b) del articulo 175 de la Ley 201 de 1995.
- Segundo. Declarar EXEQUIBLE, en los terminos de esta sentencia, la expresion "... y el ejercicio de la abogacia o de cualquiera otra profesion u oficio", contenida en el literal e) del articulo 175 de la Ley 201 de 1995.
